Shin Nan ductile iron pipes and fittings for potable water systems are manufactured according to EN545 / BS4772 / ISO2531 and under the quality system of ISO9001 for quality assurance. The standard nominal sizes DN of pipes and fittings are from 80mm to 2000mm. Every pipe and fitting are strictly subjected to hydrostatic pressure tests of the relevant standards, and easy for installation which can reduce the laying cost. The various inside lining and outside costing provide durable serving life.

Pipes - Safety and Environmental friendly:

1) Socket and Spigot pipes with flexible joints shall be class K9, class K8, K10 & K12 are also available.
2) Standard pipes with flanges screwed or cast-on shall be class K12.
3) Standard pipes with flanges welded-on shall be class K9.

Fittings - Full and comprehensive range of fittings are available from DN80~DN2000 for connecting an integral pipe-line system.

Flexible Joints
a) "Push in" "T" type (Tyton Joint) are available for pipes & fittings of the range DN80 ~DN2000
b) "Mechanical""K" type(Bolted-Gland Joint) are available for pipes & fittings of the range DN80 ~ DN 2000.
Note: Standard rubber gaskets for flexible joints comply with BS 2494:1990 "W" type(water). ISO 4633 "WA" type.

Flange Joints
a) Dimensional details of flanges designated PN10, PN16, PN25 and PN40 are produced in accordance with BS4772 / ISO2531 / EN545 are dimensionally compatible with the corrensponding flanges BS4504.
b) PN16 flanges are supplied as standard for pipes and fittings of the range DN80 ~ DN2000.
PN10, PN25 and PN40 flanges are also available upon request.
